CLYDEBANK LOCAL HISTORY SOCIETY
The society was founded in 1977. Its aim is to create greater awareness of the history, culture and heritage of Clydebank and surrounding areas and to encourage the preservation, development and improvement of features of general public amenity and historic interest.
A series of illustrated talks on a wide range of subjects is held from October to March. The talks are held on the first and third Monday of the month in the Morison Memorial Church, Dumbarton Road, Clydebank, at 7.30 p.m.
A syllabus is printed on the membership card each session and these can be obtained from the museum or the libraries. This is also available online through the link below.
Visitors and new members are always welcome. [CLHS].
