Common Name:Rufous Milkcap (Plausible). DANGER! TOXIC MUSHROOM. DO NOT CONSUME! Seek immediate medical attention if ingested.
Scientific Name:Lactarius rufus
Color:Pale tan margin, reddish-brown center
Substrate:Leaf litter
But alternative suggest a reishi.
And yet another suggest turkey tail (that usually manefests as bracket).
As the head develops it becomes concave and rainwater collects in it
Found in fallen leaves including conifer.
Mushrooms that appear to be sharing the same mycelium network and of the same type, but not as matured.
