STILT BUGS : 

There are a number of similar looking long legged bugs unsurpringly called stilt bugs.

Here we see two stilt bugs, most probably, the straw stilt bug Berytinus minor. (The rear protruding bristles may indicate otherwise). These were seen on kings cup flowers within the low water sandbanks of the Leven in May.
