This stone building was part of Drumkinnon Farm and used as a mill and sawmill. it sits alongside the larger building which was the stables block, but is now Glendale Boarding Kennels.

It was designed by Robert Lugar in the early 19th century; a 2-storey, rectangular-plan Tudor- gothic mill building. The mill and granary and sawmill were part of the home farm and stables of Tullichewan Castle which was demolished in 1954.
