Cadarnhawydd bod Cofnodion y cyfarfod diweddaf yn gywir gan William Davies ac eiliwyd gan Don Griffiths.

Materion yn codi - 

• Cytunwyd bod angen i'r Clerk wirio gyda'r firgad dan am fynediad Pentre Isaf.
• Cytunwyd bod angen i'r Clerk wirio gydag Emyr Jones o'r frigad dan am y Deffibrylwyr. Datganodd Hazel Evans bod modd cael grant o £500 tuag at y gost. Cytunwyd y dylai'r Clerc barhau i'w archebu gan William Davies ac eiliwyd gan Don Griffiths. Trafodwyd lleoliadau posib ar eu cyfer. 
• Datganwyd bod yr heol rhwng Blaengwyddon a Llain yn wael ar yr ochr chwith.
• Cytunwyd y byddai Hywel Bowen yn gofyn i Nia Stokes am y Kiosk ar gyfer sgwar Capel Iwan. Datganodd Hazel Evans ei bod hi hefyd yn gwirio hyn.
• Trafodwyd arwydd maes parcio Cenarth a byddai William Davies yn gyfrifol i'w roi i fyny.
• Trafodwyd y broblem o 'Ash Dieback' yn yr ardal a bod ffermwyr yn cael hysbysiadau bod y Cyngor yn eu torri i lawr.
• Datganwyd bod Dyn wedi bod ar glos fferm Blaentrilach am 6yb ar ddydd Iau a bod angen bod yn wyliadwrus o'r sefyllfa.
• Cytunwyd y byddai'r Clerk yn gwirio plannu coed yn yr ardal.
• Datganwyd bod coed Penbanc yn tyfu'n fawr.
• Trafodwyd tir y cyngor sydd wedi'u cofrestru gyda'r Land Registry, sef mynediad y Neuadd, y Village Greens, Caeau Chwarae'r Ysgol, Caeau Blaenesgair, Cware Fly On Tanglwst, Tir o flaen Capel Capel Iwan, tir ger y Fynwent, Sgwar Capel Iwan, Tir y Safle Bws, Tir ger Ffynnon St Llawddog, Cenarth o ochr y B4332 tuag at Afon Teifi, Maes Parcio Cenarth, Tir o amgylch y Gofeb Rhyfel ayyb.

Materion angen Trafodaeth - 

Datganodd y Clerk y byddai'n ymddeol wedi 50 mlynedd yn y swydd a trafodwyd olynwyr iddo a cytunwyd y byddai Manon Thomas yn cymryd y swydd o fis nesaf ymlaen.

Apologies - Nigel Williams, Jeff Lewis, Samuel Jones

The Minutes of the last meeting were confirmed as correct by William Davies and seconded by Don Griffiths.

Matters Arising -

• It was agreed that the Clerk needed to check with the fire brigade regarding the access of Pentre Isaf.
• It was agreed that the Clerk needed to check with Emyr Jones of the fire brigade about the Defibrilators. Cllr Hazel Evans stated that a grant of £500 could be obtained towards the cost. It was agreed that the Clerk should proceed to order the Defibrilators and this was confirmed by William Davies and seconded by Don Griffiths. Possible locations were discussed.
• The road between Blaengwyddon and Llain were declared poor on the left hand side.
• It was agreed that Hywel Bowen would ask Nia Stokes for the Kiosk for Capel Iwan square. Cllr Hazel Evans stated that she is also checking this.
• The Cenarth car park sign was discussed and William Davies would be responsible for erecting it.
• The problem of 'Ash Dieback' in the area was discussed and farmers were given notices that the Council was cutting them down.
• It was stated that a man had been at Blaentrilach farm yard at 6am on a Thursday and people needed to be vigilant.
• It was agreed that the Clerk would check tree planting in the area.
• It was stated that Penbanc trees were growing in size.
• The council land registered with the Land Registry was discussed, namely Hall entrance, Village Greens, School Playing Fields, Blaenesgair Fields, Fly On Tanglwst, Land in front of Capel Iwan Chapel, land adjacent to the Cemetery, Capel Iwan Square, Bus Stop Land, Land off St Llawddog's Well, Cenarth from the B4332 towards the River Teifi, Cenarth Car Park, Land around the War Memorial etc.

Issues for Discussion -

The Clerk declared that he would be retiring after 50 years in office and had successors discussed and it was agreed that Manon Thomas would take over from next month.
