John L Harrop of plantation Hackney (Essequibo) who died in 1808 leaving an annuity of £50 to Mary Mew, who had lived with him, and the leaving one third to his sister Frances Harriet Harrop, one third to his sister Caroline Mary London, and one third to his children by Mary Mew - Henry, Francis, George and Harriet.
