• To the poor of the Colony of Demerary twenty four guilders Hollands currency

• To my eldest sister Margaret . . . the sum of three hundred pounds

• To my second sister Janet . . . the sum of five hundred pounds

• To my third sister Hannah . . . the sum of four hundred pounds

• To Sarah Fraser wife of William Fraser of Culbokie Esquire the sum of two hundred pounds (to herself alone barring any right to William Fraser)

• To Miss Ann Hollingsworth the daughter of John Hollingsworth junior of Philadelphia the sum of two hundred pounds

• To the two youngest children of the deceased Hugh Fraser of Wakenaam by the Free Coloured woman Magdalene Coulong the sum of two thousand guilders Hollands currency (not to be paid out until they are of age)

• To the Free Coloured woman Amelia Broadbilt and her three daughters named Hester, Amelia and Jeanie all of the Island of Nevis . . . four thousand pounds currency of the Leaward Islands as a small token of my gratitude and regard for their attention

• To Elizabeth Fraser a Free Coloured Girl (residing now or lately at Alnwick County of Northumberland England) daughter of a Negroe woman named Rose formerly belonging to the estate of the late James Smith Esquire of the Island of Nevis the sum of Five Hundred Pounds Sterling

• To James Fraser (son of a free mulatto woman named Henrietta Fraser formerly belonging to the Estate foresaid) at present or lately a teacher in the County of Middlesex or Essex England the sum of three hundred pounds sterling . . . also my wearing apparel and my gold watch

• To the said Henrietta Fraser a free mulatto woman formerly belonging to the estate of the late James Smith Esquire presently residing with me at Findhorn the sum of one thousand pounds sterling . . . also my household furniture and bed and table linen . . . also liferent of all my silver plate (then to be the property of James Fraser)
