AFFILIATED LOCAL TRIALS INFORMATION FOR 2019

Please can you provide a list of trials that you are holding in 2019 in order that we can get them
posted on the website in our ‘Trials Diary’. If trials are listed on the website then they have been
publicly advertised and meet one of the criteria for an ‘open trial’ whose result may count towards a
National Trial Entry.
Please complete the attached form and return it to the office, along with any published booklets you
may have. If you have dates which have yet to be confirmed, please send in the additional dates as
soon as they have been finalised. The information should be sent to the Bedford office; you can also
submit the details by email to office@isds.org.uk. (Please do not send e-mails to trials@isds.org.uk as
this mail-box is now closed.)
Whilst writing, I would like to remind you of the ISDS insurance cover that can be extended to cover
your trials, at 15.00 per trial. If you are running trials without insurance then please speak to us as
soon as possible.
Could I also take this opportunity to remind you that membership fees for 2019 are now due – many
thanks to those of you that pay by direct debit or have already renewed for the year.
If there are any changes to the information that we hold for you, such as a new secretary or change of
address, please do let us know.
