Cut off date for English Nursery Finals
Thank you for the continued support for the Nursery Final and once again entering your society team for 2016. This year we are looking forward to our new sponsors Crystal Feeds being present, they are giving all competitors a 5KG bag of their feed as well as the top 3 and the winning team 15KG bags of food. Along side this they are also donating a new trophy that will be for the highest pointed dog/bitch that is handled by its breeder.

The cut off for the handlers and dogs (Names, ISDS number and DOB please) being forward for the running order to be compiled is Sunday 14th February as Crystal feeds will also be printing them for us to hand out on the day, and need enough time to get them printed in advance in case of any problems. The dogs should be born after 01/01/13 to be eligible to run. This year we plan to have a judges box for the judges to sit in, this could also possibly have a PA system for announcing details, and obviously has a cost implication to it. As such we are going to charge £10 per dog to help cover the cost of this. We are also planning on having a small charge of £5 for spectators cars (not per person and not for competitors) to help meet costs.

When we first got in touch we added a new rule to the few that we had set the first year. After some feedback and discussion amongst ourselves, we have decided that for this year we will allow dogs to run for a second time and take the idea of that rule to the Nursery Final meeting, to be held again at the English National (TBA) so all societies can voice an opinion on it, and we can decide if we use it or leave things the same. As well as this we want to make it clear that the runners for each team are entirely up to the individual society; whether they have three separate handlers or if they allow a handler to compete with two dogs
