Coed Darcy

Spanning more than 1,000 acres, Coed Darcy (translated as Darcy's Woodland) is one of the most significant regeneration projects currently under way in Wales.
The thriving community set among the breathtaking landscape of Neath, South Wales with exhilarating views over the Gower Peninsula and Swansea Bay,
will offer businesses and residents a unique place to live and work.
What's coming to Coed Darcy?
Set to become a sustainable community of 4,000 traditionally-styled Welsh homes, Coed Darcy will provide more than 10,000 residents with exciting new living opportunities,
including retail, leisure, sports and community facilities and acres of green open space.
Coed Darcy, which already has a well-established business community of more than 100 tenants, will also provide 500,000 sq ft of new commercial space.
This will help create more than 4,000 new job opportunities locally. The overall scheme will have an economic impact of over £1 billion.
