Funding to be cut to Neath Antiquarians and Public Libraries

NPT CBC are cutting back on community services because of budget constraints.  The outcome on this news is yet to be seen.   One source of information suggests that some voluntary services can help in some way and that some job seekers could help in lieu of the benefit payments they are getting.   It seems that a co-ordinated plan of action is called for by someone with vision for the future.
