Star of Stage

Here's information on a musical theatre competition happening in Cardiff for all those who live in Wales called Star of Stage (www.starofstage.co.uk)

Star of Stage is a professional competition set up with industry experts in entertainment and the performing arts in November 2012 with West End Star Connie Fisher.

The competition last year attracted people not only from all over Wales but from as far a field as Manchester, Scotland, Kent and Taunton. The winner this year will receive a £3000 prize pool including a scholarship to The Connie Fisher Academy, a recording package in London, management with top London agency K Talent,  a performance at The Wales Millennium Centre as part of The Cardiff Music Festival and a cash lump sum.

Also this year the competition is enhanced immensely with the final at the new £5.4 Million Sherman Theatre, and additional celebrity judges including Only Men Aloud's David Mahoney.

The application deadline is 2nd November 2013.
