Neath Magistrates Court for the Axe?

Neath Ferret readers have had much to say about the future of Neath Magistrates Court which is scheduled for demolition under the proposed development plan for the town.   One reader has suggested a change of use for a much needed Art, Craft and Museum Centre which would attract visitors to the town.
