New look at Empire Neath 

It is barely eight months since the Empire Neath was demolished after providing 84 years of entertainment to the citizens of Neath and district.  Below we picture the terraced houses built in its place.   We cannot help wondering which house will have the Empire ghost?     Prior to the demolition a team of ghost hunters established a 'presence' within the building.   More about this true story will be told in a future edition.

Note that the 'cherished' Vauxhall Viva car, which endured the demolition, is under wraps.   It is likely to provide a contrast to the completed development - and may even be a tourist attraction or perhaps the laughing stock of Neath in due course?

It would appear that the councillors for the area seem unconcerned about this.
