Like some other members, I joined Rotary once I became aware of the important role it plays in supporting local communities in the Howe of Fife, their schools and young people. The full extent of the charitable work convinced me to join. As an artist, I lke the idea of putting something back and meeting up with other members is tremendously enjoyable.
Like many artists, I have worked at a variety of occupations - including printer, foundry worker, photographer, teacher, trainer, manager, lecturer and consultant, in addition to being a professional artist. I focussed on sculpture, but now also do quite a lot of painting in watercolours and acrylics. I also teach drawing classes and give private tuition.
