Rotary Year 2015/16
CHARITY DONATIONS
In 2015/16, we have given a total of over £10,000 to the following charities:

| Frisson Foundation | Organise and run choir competitions in Fife and other counties. Three of our local schools take part. |
| Fife Festival of Music | We sponsor the Youth award |
| Prostate Scotland | Donation from our cycling events |
| Mary's Meals | Support for this well known charity |
| Mary's Meals Backpacks | 30 Backpacks were funded from the Pitlair Games afternoon |
| Chimwemwe | Support to the children's charity in Malawi |
| Disability Sport Fife | We sponsor the Youth award |
| District iPod appeal | We gave money for two iPods |
| District Flood Appeal | To help alleviate suffering due to flooding |
| Howe of Fife Rugby Appeal | Donated money to this appeal which will benefit all members of this club, especially the younger ones. |
| Rotary Youth Leadership | Send two local schoolchildren to a week long camp to improve team and leadership skills |
| Macmillan | Donated as part of our cancer support |
| Maggie's | Donated as part of our cancer support |
| Marie Curie | Donated as part of our cancer support |
| El Shaddai Trust | Supporting a young person in Sudan |
| Ethiopia Medical Project | Supporting women in Ethiopia |
| Primary School Quiz | Eleven local schools competed, with the winner going forward to the area final |
| Fife Young Carers | To help young carers |
| Adamson Hospital | Provide entertainment to patients |
| SRUC Best Student | Award to Best Student in NVQ Level 1 |
| Rotary Foundation | Supporting Rotary's own charity |
| Newburgh Juniors | Supporting a local club |
| Cults Defibrillator Appeal | Supporting a defibrillator in Pitlessie |
| Polio Plus | Supporting the eradication of polio worldwide |
