Charles Wins Award

Rotarian, Charles Dickinson, was the first recipient of the new award for Service Above Self that the club has put in place. Charles has worked tirelessly over the past year raising money for Foundation and Polio Plus. Along with many other fundraising efforts he recently raffled a Baxter print of the 2010 Open. That, and other events including the sale of golfing memorabilia, raised £1461 for the club's charities' funds, £1000 of which is to to be donated to the Rotary Foundation and £461 to Polio Plus.
