In recognition of all the work he does for Rotary, David Rankin was presented with a certificate announcing that he is a Paul Harris Fellow.

Paul Harris was the Founder of Rotary in Chicago in 1905. It is presented to those who have given exceptional service to Rotary.

Members of the Howe of Fife Rotary Club are very proud to have such a member in their midst.
