Honorary Members
The Rotary Club of the Howe of Fife has four honorary members:
Mr Ronnie Bartlett of Albert Bartlett Ltd.
Albert Bartlett Ltd., based in Airdrie, is Britain's leading grower and packer of root vegetables. We are grateful for the potato donations, allowing our very successful potato sale prior to Christmas.
The Rt Hon Lord Campbell of Pittenweem CH CBE QC
Lord Menzies Campbell is no stranger to Rotary, having been a Rotary Ambassadorial Scholar at Stanford University in California.
Mr David Millar of Dunshalt.
David was a full member of the Rotary Club of the Howe of Fife, but resigned when business commitments prevented him from devoting time to Rotary. He accepted the offer of honorary membership in November 2012.
Mr Oliver Will of Cupar.
Oliver, who is a Paul Harris Fellow and Founder Member of the Rotary Club of the Howe of Fife, resigned his membership for health reasons towards the end of Rotary Year 2015-16. Club members had no hesitation in endorsing an immediate recommendation by Council that he be offered honorary membership.
Mr Sandy Rennie of Strathmiglo.
Sandy is also a Paul Harris Fellow and Founder Member of the Rotary Club of the Howe of Fife. Sandy decided at the end of Rotary Year 2015-16 that advancing years dictated a withdrawal from active Rotary business. Club Council was quick to recommend honorary membership, which was ratified unanimously.
