Sheltered In The Arms Of God Thursday, January 17, 2008 - 8:02 AM Thu, Jan 17th - 4:59AM Sheltered In The Arms Of God As I sit here thinking this morning about how wonderful the Lord has been to me, I can only lift my hands, and praise His Holy Name, how often I've been blessed, by prayers being answered, by loving friends, who God sent, to help me along, I lift my voice, in thankfulness, to sing this song. For the trials He's brought me through, for the life, He gave for me, for saving me from all my sins, for keeping watch over me, for so lovingly, and compassionatly, setting me free. For every time I feared, for every time I failed, for every time I forsook His ways, no matter what, He still loved me, and showed mercy, and such care, when I wandered away, He was always there, today I lift my hands and sing, I'm so thankful I'm His child, and He still draws me near.
