I will rejoice in my heart, I will not fear,
No regrets, no remorse, for You are here,
In returning and resting, there is strength for today,
For Your promises never fail in any way.
I will rejoice, for You have prepared a table, in the presence,
of all my enemies, if two can put ten thousand to flight, and
they will flee, no weapon formed against me, shall prevail, in Thee.

I will rejoice, for the highest praises I can bring to You,
I will rejoice, for the magnificence of Your glory, I will rejoice
in Your everlasting story of love, and mercy, and grace, surely
mercy, and goodness, will follow me all my days, and when the path
seems dark, and I can't see beyond my hand, I will rejoice in the
power of Your prevailing stand.

Oh God above, You know when I am lacking, You know me so intimately,
I will rejoice in the faith, and Your everlasting promises, today I will
rejoice, I will rejoice, for I am Yours, I am covered by Your blood, and
by Your saving power, I will rejoice in today, this very hour, oh, today,
I stand rejoicing in You!!!
