Light Or Darkness? Tuesday, February 17, 2009 - 9:04 AM 2 Corinthians 6:14-17 (King James Version) 14Be ye not unequally yoked together with unbelievers: for what fellowship hath righteousness with unrighteousness? and what communion hath light with darkness? 15And what concord hath Christ with Belial? or what part hath he that believeth with an infidel? 16And what agreement hath the temple of God with idols? for ye are the temple of the living God; as God hath said, I will dwell in them, and walk in them; and I will be their God, and they shall be my people. 17Wherefore come out from among them, and be ye separate, saith the Lord, and touch not the unclean thing; and I will receive you. Ye are children of the light walk as children of the light, Fame and fortune is nothing, but there is power in the Spirit of the life of Christ in you, when the vessel is humbled and broken, the power of Almighty God can shine through. Think it not unseemly that God can use the weak things, the foolish things, the despised, the ones of no reputation, Think it not rare that He would choose to use His power, and His glory, and His strength, to shine through, and make even the lowest of estate, to be brought before Kings, for it is not by might nor power, but by His Spirit, Christ in you, the hope of glory! Are we agreeing with the things of the world, are we shining, or are we conforming, are we displaying light, instead of darkness, are we manifesting, humbleness, are we yielding to God, or to man, to bring to nought the things that are? Are we shaking the kingdoms of this world, are we turning the world upside down, as the apostles, are we living epistles or do we conform, and look like the rest of this world, What fellowship, what shaking of hands, what will your destiny be showing the understanding of the world, or the understanding of God, or man?
