I Corinthians 1:18
For the preaching (Word) of the Cross is to them who perish foolishness (Spiritual things cannot be discerned by unredeemed people, but that doesn't matter, the Cross must be Preached just the same, even as we shall see); but unto us which are Saved it is the Power of God. (The Cross is the Power of God simply because it was there that the total sin debt was paid, giving the Holy Spirit, in Whom the Power resides, latitude to work mightily within our lives. For days now I have been mulling this verse over and over in my mind. This is a powerful scripture in the Bible. If we begin to see the magnitude of this verse, and how it applies to us the believer, we can begin to walk in God's fulfillment of how important it is to see what our Lord did for us at Calvary. Not only that but the importance of leading other's to Christ. How can we neglect so great a salvation, or calling to fulfill the Great commission? Each one of us have a call on our life to spread the gospel of Jesus Christ.

Oh what a great privilege this is~ every Christian should be shouting and praising God for what a great honor He has bestowed upon each and every person to bring in the good tidings of great joy! Halleujah!
