A candle of hope, a Light in the window, shining for all to see, 2000 years ago, the skies were aglow, a Light, for the world to be free, He came to a lowly manger, a bed not fit for a King, but He grew in the Father's love, and gave us hope, shining hope, for all in need.
He never complained, He never gave up, He set the captives free, He healed the sick, deliverance from evil, and He died for you, and for me.
Look in the window of your soul, look to the One, Who loves you so, Look at what He's done, and will continue to do, this candle of hope, this glorious Savior, Who wants to give you hope every day, He's holding out His light, for you, it's shining for you in every way.
