Goodness And Mercy Follow Me

Goodness and Mercy follow me,  favor and blessings, from Thy hand,  a Father, to the fatherless, a husband to the widow,  Your commandments, You give, to understand, Oh rising  up in the morning, You awaken me, and open my ears, to hear, the Voice , above all voices, no other voice, do I hear,  Thy Word, Oh Lord, is above Thy name, and there’s no one else, I would rather proclaim, than You, Oh Lord, my Lord, I honor You, today.

Early will I seek Thee,  and meditate upon Thy ways, for it’s in Your Word, that brings success, in each and every day, How can  I live without it,  I know, there is no way,  for it’s my source of strength, my portion, my food, and drink, to plan my days.

As for me and my house, we will serve, and honor You,  we will lift up our hearts in quietness, and resting, as You, bring us through,  my steps are ordered, by You, Oh God, You see the beginning, to the end, and You, are such a One, that sticketh closer than a brother, there is no other, before You, and I am blessed, because goodness and mercy, follow me, and in You, only You, I am free.
