I Can't Offer You

I can't offer you, rainbows, and worry free days,
I can't offer, faith-filled promises, or painless ways,
But, I know One Who can,
He set the rainbow, in the sky, as a promise, He gave
burden less yokes, to wear, He shed His blood, that
We would be free, this man, from Galilee.

Oh I can't promise you, I would be everything He was,
Because, I am only human, and no one, is perfect, but One,
I can't say, I will fulfill, all your needs, but I know, there is
A Savior, and He's the One, to put your trust upon.

Oh, don't you even, trust in yourself, for that is only, idol worship,
Now, won't you just cast off,  all this world, offers aside, and put
Your trust, in the One, Who knows your life,
