I Am Waiting
I am standing at the door of your heart, waiting, to come in,
waiting to be your friend, for I love you, with an everlasting love,
I am drawing You to come to Me, so you will live in liberty, free
of all the chains, that bind your soul, waiting to come in, and make
you whole.
I long to give you life, and life more abundantly, come to the living water,
Come, to the bread of life, eternal life, is what I long, to give to you, do
you hear Me calling, do you hear Me calling, this invitation, given so freely,
I laid down My life, I paid the price, shed My blood for thee, won't you come,
and let Me live in you, so you can be at peace, and live in perfect love, perfect
harmony.
