The prophets of old, inspired by the Holy Spirit of God,
Watching, and praying, hearing, His Words, sometimes their
hands would feel literally on fire, so caught up in the
visions of YAHWEH, everything given, by divine revelation,
anointed of God, inspiration, this was, a scribal legacy.

Paul locked up in prison, but God gave him many visions,
And all he could do was write, many afflictions beset Him,
But Jesus was His mission, it was no longer him, but Christ
in him, crucified, and the legacy traveled on, and on, when
Jesus lives in you, your identity is gone.

This is the scribal legacy, to be so filled up with His Spirit,
Christ in you, the hope of glory, and Christ in me, this is the
freedom of soaring with His Spirit, this is the joy, I know,
and feel in His presence, the hope and future, the fire that
burns within me, this is my hope and destiny, this scribal legacy!
