What Do You Do? 

What do you do when the things that you knew and the things you held onto are gone, when the well of life seems to keep getting deeper and deeper and you see no light at the end, what do you do when all the doors are closed and you see no hope, and you find that all the things you used to trust in are gone, and there are no more resources and no more crutches, no more nothing to lean on, just you and God? What if you don't even have the strength or the ability to move out of the depths of that well? Whose going to help you get out of your mess? Whose gonna help you get off of that addiction, Whose gonna tear you out of that comfort zone? Who???  The enemy comes in fierce and he comes in for the kill to make you feel like there's just no hope at all, your washed up, dried up, God doesn't love you anymore, there's not anything or anyone that cares and your just stuck in your own mess to die!  Now the Sword of the Spirit comes and says You shall not die, but you shall live to declare the works of the Lord. Greater is He that is in you than he that is in the world, You are more than a conqueror in Christ Jesus, You can do all things through Christ who strengthens you, when the enemy comes in like a flood, the Spirit of the Lord will lift up a standard against him! No weapon formed against you shall prosper! My God shall supply all of your needs according to His riches in glory by Christ Jesus. Now faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen. These are the Words of promises in God's Word these are the words we can stand on! These can empower and draw us upward out of the well, out of the hopelessness out of despair, out of the addictions, out of the trust in the arm of the flesh, out of our comfort zones. This Sword the Living Word of God, powered with earnest, humble prayer. Prayer...draw on it for it is the very lifeline to drawing us out of the mirey depths of darkness, and connecting us to our Father our powersource for living a life of victory!
