An Offering
An offering of Frankincense, an offering of Myrrh, an offering of gold,
A Holy hush of innocence, they could not utter one word, standing at the
threshold, of this Holy child, amazement, and wonderous awe, His presence,
His Holiness, this was the Christ Child, the Son of God.

An offering of the Father, His only begotten Son,
Who entered into this world, to save us from all sins,
Mercy and Grace followed, all the days of His life, who
would have thought this miracle, was the Creator, before
all time.

An offering, the Lamb of God, an offering, so pure,
An offering of sacrificial love, no man had ever heard,
Oh the wonder of it all, this little child, the Holy One,
Who brought an offering, of eternal life of love.
