Thu, Dec 6th - 4:06PM Praise God From Whom All Blessings Flow Does anyone remember singing this song in church? I had a feeling of joy come over me today just in rejoicing over the joy the Lord and only the Lord can give. I thank God when these times come because sometimes I don't feel that joy. In our church when I was growing up they called that song the Doxology and they sang it every Sunday morning before the preaching ever took place and then communion was served. You know I remember when my brother and sister got baptized in the Church Of Christ in Angola, IN where I was born and am now living again. But I never gave my heart to the Lord until I was going into the 7th grade. As I think about it now I often wonder why it took me so long to give my heart to Jesus but it's not for me to question. The Lord knew the perfect time the perfect place, and the perfect divine appointment that would forever capture my heart. I can rejoice today in the joy of my salvation.
