Father I Praise You

When my life is beaten down by the enemy, when the forces of evil prevail, I know of a friend, I can turn to, who's there time and time again.

When I wonder how I'm ever going to make it, I find this love letter, from the Father above, and when I read, He pours out promises, that sustain, and lift me, to think of greater treasures above.

In the glory of His revelations, in the granduer of His visions, I see a better country, and I can set my sights, on  a better race won, then I can lift my hands in praise and wonder, and sing praises to our Lord whom I love.

So Father I will praise You, I will praise You, in the storms,  for I have a sure anchor,  Whom I love, and adore,  it doesn't matter the circumstances, it doesn't matter what I go through, just as long as I know, that I am here with You.

For Your promises are yea, and amen,  they never return void, but accomplish what is set out to do, and the victory is won, I will stand on those promises, and keep looking to You, for I can do all things, for You, Oh Lord, give me the strength to do.
