Things may seem to defeat you, but you've got the Lord
Things may try and drag you down, but turn that frown,around,
Give all the praises to the Lord, and soon the enemy's lost his ground!
I am determined I'm gonna praise the Lord today, the enemy thinks he's
won but I'm here to say, this battle belongs to the Lord, and no you can't
play around in my emotions, satan you have no ground!!
I know that when we send up praises, the enemy turns and runs, and soon
you feel the joy bubblin' deep within your soul, and the Holy Ghost steps
in, and makes His joyous presence known, I've got joy just waiting on the inside,
to bubble over, and flow like a mighty rushing river, oh keep your eyes on Jesus,
and soon you too will see, there's unspeakable joy flowing out from thee!
Just to set his feet a running, and fleeing from me, sets my heart to dancin' and
sets me free, Oh Jesus said, out of your belly it will flow, this river of blessing
and joy that He knows, so next time when your feeling blue, just give the Lord a shout
of praise, and this joyous feeling, this unspeakable joy, will be right there for you,
every day!
