The Hart Foundation comprised of Bret “HitMan” Hart, the late Owen Hart, “The Loose Cannon” Brian Pillman, “The British Bulldog” Davey Boy Smith and Jim “The Anvil”Niedhart.  The USA-Canada angle 1997,  provided some awesome TV for wrestling fans.  The Canada vs USA angle, in my opinion, was one of the best of all time.  From Bret Hart’s amazing heel turn right after Wrestlemania XIII to his departure after the infamous screwjob at Survivor Series causing Bret to waste his career in WCW, the Hart Foundation were the thing to see in the WWF with their 4 Horseman-like warfare.  Everything that the Hart Foundation has done, including the memorable matches and interviews, between March and November of 1997 is captured here on this 5 volume set which is in very good-excellent quality.  The first 4 volumes are everything that happen on free Here is whats on these tapes.

This volume is the start of the legendary Hart Foundation and captures the angle from March 24, 1997 - May 19, 1997.  It starts the day after Wrestlemania 13.  Bret comes out and tells the American fans that he doesn’t respect them and they can kiss his ass.  He reunites with Owen and Davey Boy, adds Brian Pillman and Jim Neidhart to the mix and run rampant all over the WWF.  The Harts wars with Shawn Michaels, Steve Austin, and anyone in their way is captured in this first installment of this volume.  Matches include Bret vs a young Rocky Maivia, an awesome brawl between Steve Austin and Bret Hart, Owen Hart winning the Intercontinental title from Rocky Maivia, plus all the run-ins, all the amazing promos and more.  As an added bonus, I threw on the complete uncensored version of “Wrestling With Shadows” which is a documentary of the wrestling career of Bret Hart from 1995 through the Montreal screwjob of November of 1997.  This documentary is a perfect compliment to this set.  If you never heard of this documentary, e-mail me for a more detailed description.

This volume picks up right where volume I left off on May 19, 1997 and goes through 7/21/97 .  This tape picks right up with the segment when Bret Hart was in a wheelchair and Shawn Michaels hits his with a stiff kick to the chin, the awesome tag match where HBK & Steve Austin win the tag team titles from The British Bulldog and Owen Hart, a rare 10 minute documentary of the Hart Family, which only aired on Canadian television, the infamous interview where Shawn told Bret that Bret’s been having “Sunny Days” on the road, which led to legit heat between the both of them and marriage problems between Bret and his wife,
