This is repeated in the London Gazette Feb 24 1824 with Text"...to the Creditors of Andrew Kedslie, Corn - Chandler, this time to Canonmills, Edinburgh...."
A similar statement occurs in 1823.
This will be an obvious explanation why his son Alexander eagerly took up the offer of business in Poland.
