Warner Madrigal did not have the best of inaugurations at Yankee Stadium as he was forced to turn on his heel and lope off when somewhat inevitably the Yankees abruptly began to hit him almost at will in the seventh as the young man made his debut. Jason Giambi was the major contributor to the victory as he brought home six runs while Alex Rodriguez help himself to his 535 homer to overtake James Fox and he is now one homer away from Mick Mantle's 536 homers. Final Score 7 - 18 to the New Yorkers.
