Phrasal Verbs
Definition:
A phrasal verb conveys the following: a verb and a preposition together or separated, which express something different from the logical sense of the original verb.

I ran into Gloria and her husband, Emilio, at a promenade concert in Crystal Palace last night.

Note: Some phrasal verbs can take a preposition in both places:
NOTE

A phrasal verb can be transitive or intransitive.
