Addressing the fundamentals of the game of baseball while mending the bridge that has kept us apart for so long from one another is mighty important.

Coaching to win more than just a game of baseball!
Drawing from my direct personal experiences as a player and coach, discipline and absolute determination makes all the difference in the world when it issues us challenges since endeavour is the only way to master an undertaking of whatever magnitude. Indeed, the essence of baseball as a sport is to compete, and, as such, a competition involves, for good or ill, a confrontation. Certainly, coaching is the key to great community sport and the reason, though not the only one, for coaching the young ones is to bridge the absence of bridges in the community which makes us far apart from one another and to that end, as I see it, only by working together as a part of a bigger team would we be able to make visible differences to people's lives. A stumbling block is present, though, and the tendency to look at the differences that make us different as people and not to look at the things that makes us alike must be put aside. Structures that help make complicated process happen smoothly and simply must be introduced. It is time to draw a line or we'll never learn, never change or never grow as one nation one team. Indeed, sometimes we have to reach for something that we are not sure we can get and I am fully aware that many restrictions can suppress spontaneity but at the same time we have to allow into our world something that we are not sure we want. It has been said that we learn from our mistakes but we have not learnt enough from one another, particularly, when it comes to other people's idiosyncrasy. It would be a mistake to treat this piece of my mind as something of little importance since there is no reason for everything just to be black and white with all of us. Nevertheless, baseball is a very complicated game, many axioms are completed and others simply do not happen at all. It ought to read that the team that plays badly ought to lose and that the team that plays best ought to win but these sort of things just do not follow in baseball since luck, as well as ability, plays and important role in the outcome of a baseball match as in every competition there have to be winners and losers; nevertheless, it is not absolutely fundamental the winning that counts but learning to accept losing as well, I utterly agree that sport ought not to be compulsory for every child in the land but it ought to be compulsory for every school in the country to offer competitive sport as part of its curriculum. The heart of the matter is that children are crying out to play organised sport against one another and there is not a better place for this to happen than at school. Organised sport thrives upon a variety of opinion in moderation and recognition of duty to others as well as of personal rights and self interest but there is one thing we would never do, at Figueras Baseball Academy, is to encourage our members to gloat at the abject failure of our rival and you can rely on us to steer confidently away from any such potentially occurrence. Malicious pleasure are not overlooked but we embrace a plan of continuous improvement where everybody benefit. We believe in celebrating achievement and promoting responsible behaviour wherever possible. Indeed, we believe that all players achievement should be recognised and certificates will be awarded to those who show willingness to learn and they will also be given to those in recognition of consistent endeavour and participation in the academy community.
