A long tale is short on laughs if it has no purpose as one might take some time to digest the content of its docket however much one tries. Notwithstanding, the responsibilities and obligations that a coach has must follow the path of the truth since it has deep-seated roots and a tremendous heritage in the coaching of the game of baseball; therefore, it is my goal to uphold these important values and help create a new tale for future generations to tell.

Inspiring and motivating young people to raise aspiration and achievement by creating a sense of responsibility through the game of baseball has always been my gaol. No one understands better the importance of thinking, making plans and sticking to them than a coach since he must be able to take control of delicate situations with subtlety and ascendancy in order to keep the dugout ticking at all time. Respect is won and it should never be imposed. Nevertheless, there is a fine line between having the courage to stick to what one believes in and acknowledging that the plans one once thought would prosper are going nowhere, but if one must give up on them entirely one needs at least to give some serious thoughts to downplaying their importance in one's life since enforced changes in one's life can dramatically alter the course of one current path and destroy one's confidence. Indeed, it matters a great deal if one is able to grasp things from other people's experiences in life since it might give one another direction in life and it would help one to see how much is out there for one so that one can unwrap one's talent and show the world what one can do. Certainly, one's commitment would be rewarded and success would beckon one. Of course, other coaches might have different views and approaches to coaching and I have no objections to hearing them since I have a very high regard for their coaching abilities and all the rest. However, before my time is done my eyes would be pleased to see a player from my academy making the grade in Major League Baseball. I would be delighted with it and nothing could be more delightful than dancing my way to my grave seeing young baseball players with lively hopes of making it big in their world.
