The Baseball Season is upon us!

Up in the clouds, pitching for the London Warriors, Darren Ward once threw me a good pitch to hit, I was able to put good wood on it and I was mighty pleased with the outcome since I hit a homer off Darren's throw that day. Memories are made on the field of playing since it is there where the signs are taught and learn for a good game. Winter has come and gone pretty fast, if you ask me, and I am looking forward to the new baseball season. Albeit, I am off shortly to the U.S.A. l shall miss you all for that time but I promise that I will let you have one more update before I leave. The reason, yeah! What's the reason? Well, the reason for my travelling to the States is to enrich my coaching experience so that I can help kids from different walk of life in the United Kingdom and elsewhere in the world to learn the game of baseball and to show them how to use the game as a vehicle to be better citizens. A good enough reason I think since the need to be prepared to face the ups and downs of good and bad luck in life and succeed in today's world is of paramount importance and my aim in my position as a coach is to help everyone to achieve their maximum potential so that they can make a positive contribution to society as a whole.
