Spanglefish Gold Status Expired 10/06/2010.
The Chancellors' speech raised my concern about the return of a period of economic difficulty when little is being bought owing to lack of consumers' spending capital in order to produce more wealth.

For people with more than one thing on their mind.
Veering out of bounds with drinkers and motorist the budget was delivered in the wind of caution, yesterday afternoon, by the Chancellor of Exchequers, Alistair Darling, with a moderate evocation to common sense since the economy is a long way from being an absolute feat, and the latest forecast shows the return of high winds of inflationary prices in commodities and the threat of a recession if the spending spree is not curbed. Indeed, borrowing is to rise in an effort to beat the threat of a recession but in my view it is not a sensible response to the ailing economy of this country for it might just prove to be a temporary lifeline for an inevitable downfall.  Verily, it is a big ask and expect the electorate to gawp at the pretty battered and bruised picture of the economy and not to flap their arms about in exasperation while keeping their feet on terra firmae; unquestionably, the Chancellor is deluded enough to think that borrowing would contain an impending recession and all that jazz. However, I am of the opinion that the country will soon find itself in an economical mess if the government carries on flouncing off the fabric that makes the sailcloth that keeps the ship going at high seas if it continues sailing at its current bewildering pace and with its current policies overseas. Certainly, the road to find a solution to our current plight is full of twist and turns and only tangible progress would enable us to scale the peak and take the spoils that accompany prosperity. A worthy response to act upon reason would be to bring our boys back from those inhospitable terrains where they are unwelcome since past experience had shown us that there is a fine line between victory and defeat and winning a war can come to a heavy cost.
