Certainly, there is never an easy way to urge someone to take action and move ahead since you must identify their needs and intent before you can fashion an action plan to fulfill those needs and purposes. However, you must take the role of a inspirer to allow those visions to proliferate in the mind of the beneficiary so that their ambitions are realised.
