Frankly, it is not in my mind's eye to become a politician.

Extra read all about it. A baseball coach is thinking in throwing his hat into the ring to become Mayor of London!
My reasoning for wanted to throw my hat into the ring to become Mayor of London.
Guided by rational thinking and plenty of horse sense, I have the good judgement of being fully aware that occasional eccentricities help one to attract media attention but my willingness to voice strong opinions stands somewhat apart from seeking attention for myself since it is really for global concern. Indeed, the world is full of people who know the right thing to say when it needs to be said but if they don't mean it when they say it, it hardly counts for much. Then there are those people for whom the simplest statement somewhat comes out wrong and yet, if they command respect, it would sound as a veritable assertion. But the fact remains that what passes through one's mind is private and what passes from one's mouth matters more but really what matters even more than anything else is what one actually delivers. Nevertheless, informing the wider world of one's intention through one's willingness to voice strong opinions sometimes helps one to seek answers to the world's anxieties and see deep into the motives of people around one for the things they do and helps one to dig for crucial information and inclination of which one is not particularly aware of. This is an interesting peculiarity of my inner vision of which I am now keenly conscious but I have never been inclined to chisel a career in politics since I thought it would be probably best done by someone else. I am not complaining; Ken Livingstone has done a marvellous job for the capital and its people but I think London needs to freshen up a bit since I think the current Mayor and his associates have run out of ideas. However, if I were to challenge Ken Livingstone I would do so with a plan in which my arguments should stand or fall on their own merits.  I most definitely would abide by the moral obligation that I would fulfil my commitments made to the electorate since treating people fairly, actively recognising and responding sensitively to differences has always been my rule of conduct and on my side has always been euphonious reasoning and a sense of proportion which is, to all intents and purposes, to be pleasing to everyone's ears. Therefore, I always treat others as I expect to be treated and I would most certainly take on the transcendental commitment to promote a new model for development which would substantially improves the quality of life for Londoners, and my confronting the problem of education (especially at a time when the world is blighted by a not cool to be clever attitude with a growing number of children failing to meet the academic requirement needed to be socially successful the need for stressing the moral values prescribed by society has never been so weighty), poverty, sport (baseball, softball, etc.) would be my goal of the highest priority in my constitution, and I would make it  very clear to those working for London that every effort must be carried out in a totally extendable and sustainable approach, in conspicuous consonance and consistency with the natural world that surrounds us since it is the only way we can make light of a difficult situation in which our planet finds itself at the present time. Indeed, we will have to put in a united front so that we can lessen the environment's pain by teaching others to understand the reason behind the need to curb our attitude towards the external conditions and surroundings in which people animals and plants live. Certainly, there is wisdom in learning how our activities can alter the delicate biological processes which maintain life on the environment and on Earth since we all need to be conscious of things that we were not absolutely aware of or could not be bothered with. However, the need for taking action has never been more crucial than now since time is not on our side. Nevertheless, with the right attitude, I am sure we can salvage what is there to be salvaged. There are some experiences we only ever need once but, ultimately, what matters more than anything now is what we actually do to stop them happening again. Indeed, it is time for all, men and women, to come out in aid of their environment. It might seem a lot to ask to some people who are content with things as they are, and all the rest, to comprehend the plight of mother Earth but under the circumstances we have no option but to ask them to take a saintly course of action and endure changes in their approach to their surroundings and accept that those changes are for the good of all.  Absolutely, I care for the world and its social issues and I think that it would be selfish if I were to say that it had nothing to do with me just simply because it does not affect me; on the contrary, I think we should always help when there is a problem in the world and give its misery a well-needed touch of guidance. The aim of my mayoralty would be excellence for All, universal participation in effect to equality and opportunity, and it would make every effort to build on achieving high moral principles and straightforwardness through its enterprise until it accomplish its desired end. Having said all that, no one knows what tomorrow will bring, perhaps, possibly, maybe; still, I have been brought up with a very strong pattern that I am not to get too big for my boots and therefore my ambitions are moderate, in spite of that I believe that it is okay to have a dream. Nevertheless, you must believe in yourself and work hard towards making that dream into reality and I can assure you it is achievable but it can only be made possible by one's enterprise and resolution.
