Game 4

The Boston Red Sox Swept away the Colorado Rockies in four Games to Win the 2007 Major League Baseball World Series. 4 runs to 2 was the last game's final score.
Game's over, series' over and the Boston Red Sox are the 2007 Major League Baseball World Series Champions. Simplicity and minimalism were the weapons used for the exceptional job that elevated the Red Sox to such a height last night in Denver. Angst changed to euphoria in Boston once the last out had been secured and as the Trophy was presented to the winners the Rockies' contingent accepted, in their magnanimous assessment of what amounted to mental torture, that their team performance in the World Series had been a poor one and in the circumstances the best team won. However, it must be said that last game left a better taste in the mouth of the fans since the Rockies gave it their best in a match that was by far more complicated than the previous three. Still the search for the holy grail goes on for the Colorado Rockies but they can look forward to next season and to a more auspicious time for they have the personnel and talent to become the best baseball team in the world. I make a wish on it.
