The Joust for the Pennant and the cup that cheers but does not inebriate has been tilted.
17 October 2007
Have you read the news today! Oh boy! The Indians won again last night!  They defeated the Boston Red Sox in Cleveland for the third time in four outings when they peppered the Sox's pitcher, Tim Wakefield, at will in the fifth inning. 3 - 7 was the final score. Indeed, there is no such thing as an easy game in Major League Baseball but it must be said that the Indians are playing like a team that doesn't want to be beaten and as the cheers of the crowd blared out in everyone's ears I might find myself in an isolated position by saying that I see the Cleveland Indians as the 2007 World Series Champions on the foundation and the Boston Red Sox on the horns of a dilemma now that the series is at full tilt in favour of their opponents 3 games to 1. The show must go on!
