The National British Baseball League Final.
Congratulation to the London Mets for having won the 2007 British Baseball League at their first attempt when they defeated the Croydon Pirates twice in a single weekend 7-2 and 11-1 respectively in the best of three games to win the National League final and be crowned British National Champions. It must have been an unbeatable satisfaction to win the league in such a manner since the Croydon Pirates had, previously, in the regular season, outdone the London Mets four times in the same numbers of clashes. However, hard work and the desire to win hoisted the London Mets to the next level and the result was success through persistence and determination. It only goes to show that nothing is impossible if one's heart is really in it.   Very well boys!
