Electing to shout and follow one's heart!

As one enters a position of trust and power one ought to consider the needs and expectations of those who helped one to be in that position. Indeed, the path that one chooses to commit oneself to will determine one's place in life, and therefore, there is little chance of one ever turning back the clock and start all over again. It is a good thing to follow one's heart when confronting potentially life-altering decisions since one will be required to tackle issues head-on as one will encounter many hindrances in one's way. Nevertheless, one must always keep in mind that a different interpretation of a pithy contention can scale to disruption and changes may make one very unpopular, but a plan may still be worthwhile pursuing even if it could land one in hot waters. Much as one would like everyone to be happy, conjuring up a good plan could prove to be the opportunity of a lifetime. Therefore, I see no reason to explore ideas that interest one since one owes it to oneself to try out those ideas in order to ascertain their worth, capability and endurance. Few things are more irritating than having worked hard at something only to have to change it at the last minute. Stick to what one thinks is the best thing to do is my philosophy for the effort one invests in an enterprise will more than justified one's endeavour even if the final product is not the expected one.
