How on Earth?

I find it tiresome that intelligent people can still remain blind to the fact that the Earth is a living organism. Yet, that is not the whole story, since the most terrifying part of it is the sad truth that mankind is killing it. Indeed, Earth is being needlessly suffocated inside its milieu and the realisation that mankind is pushing things too far is frightening. But one needs to hear to listening and as I stated in a previous article, we need to realise that the Earth, like the rest of us and the rest of the creatures which form the animal kingdom, is subject to the same physical pain and emotional suffering we are all susceptible to. Certainly, many is the time when we all seem to be oblivious to the Earth's plight and many are still unaware that the entire physical structure of our bodies has a parallel similarity with that of the Earth, since we are the habitat for a whole wide variety of organisms which thrive on our bodies for they provide the right conditions for these organisms to exist inside our bodies. Certainly, our hair, skin, blood and our innermost parts make available the resources for these organisms to live in but if our bodies cannot provide those conditions for their living they will certainly die, as is the case when one passes away.  The jury is seemingly out still on environmental issues and as the world holds its breath, the thorny subject of pollution carries on without being debated properly or resolved upon. Don't be fooled into thinking that the environment issues will resolve themselves without your intervention, as they will not. How on earth would you expect to secure a clean living environment for those to come after you have left if you do naught to cure the ailments of your planet? That sums it up exactly and nothing should be left to chance since it is a must to be concerned about global warming issues .
