Figueras Baseball Academy is developing a new strategy that will bring baseball to the people by targeting parents and teachers, as well as those whose involvement until now has been more recreational. Tell us what you think of the academy and its purposes. This will be a personal invitation to help the academy to shape the future of baseball and to challenge our thinking on what the academy needs to do to keep developing the game of baseball. The feedback will enable us take a look at a whole host of issues and the lessons learned from it would clearly benefit the academy in the encouraging of communities of individuals to work together without hierarchical boundaries.
