Get into coaching Baseball and Softball with BSUK!
22 September 2010

The road is long and there are many winding turns but we must keep going until the end of the ninth!!

greetings

"Guided by rational thinking and plenty of horse sense, I have always had the good judgement of being fully aware that occasional eccentricities help one to attract media attention but my willingness to voice strong opinions stands somewhat apart from seeking attention for myself since my only concern is safeguard the future of baseball in the United Kingdom and deal with its immediate shortcomings. Indeed, the world is full of people who know the right thing to say when it needs to be said but if they don't materialize what they sayt, it hardly counts for much. Then there are those people for whom the simplest statement somewhat comes out wrong and yet, if they command respect, it would sound as a veritable assertion"
P.Figueras
"La educación literal y civil de la juventud es uno de los primeros y más paternales cuidados del Gobierno"
Simon Bolivar.
"London get up and go. Be fit for life"

Become a coach, take your level one certificate in coaching Baseball and Softball.

Have you ever thought of becoming a baseball or softball coach? How does the idea of coaching the sport you love to youngsters grab you?  If the idea of coaching the game appeals to you why don't you get started with your Level one Certificate in Coaching Baseball and Softball, and if you are already coaching the game why don't you find about other training opportunities available to you.  Indeed, baseball and softball need more trained coaches in order to safeguard the future of baseball in the United Kingdom. Certainly, it must be said that work and other commitments are issues that must be taking into consideration when hurling home the first pitch; however, most of our grass root baseball and softball coaches have full time employment outside these two recreational activities and they willingly devote their spare time to the running and developing of the game as they realise that their effort will make a difference in the lives of many youngsters who are in need of a helping hand. Get into coaching baseball or softball so that you can inspire people to be more resourceful and get rid of their confused and negative thoughts which are taking hold of their existence and vulnerability.
